By using VozAI services, including subscribing to SMS notifications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

VozAI provides custom AI agent solutions designed to help businesses automate communications, scheduling, research, and administrative tasks. Our services include:

• AI Receptionist services for call handling and appointment booking
• Research Agent services for market analysis and lead generation
• Personal Assistant services for task management and organization
• SMS notification and communication services

To use VozAI services and subscribe to SMS notifications, you must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and be the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current contact information
• Maintain the security of your account and credentials
• Notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensure you have the right to use the mobile number provided for SMS
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

All content, features, and functionality of VozAI services — including text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models — are the exclusive property of VozAI LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

VozAI provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• VozAI makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of services
• VozAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• VozAI's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim
• VozAI is not responsible for delays or failures in SMS delivery due to carrier issues

VozAI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time; update these Terms with notice to users; change pricing or service features with advance notice; and refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

You may not use VozAI services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt services or servers
• Collect or harvest data from other users without permission

VozAI may terminate or suspend your access to services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use services will immediately cease, you will no longer receive SMS notifications, and VozAI may delete your data in accordance with our retention policies.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which VozAI LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of VozAI services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

VozAI may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify active users via email or SMS when appropriate. Your continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
